Navinda Krabi Hotel - Ao Nang

The rooftop pool is quite the spot, offering fine views that make for a relaxing evening after a long day. I had a Pool Access Room, and stepping right into the water was a nice perk, offering direct access that's hard to beat.

Unfortunately, the internet connection in my room was spotty at best-definitely not ideal for some downtime. The shower also had its issues, occasionally delivering lukewarm water rather than the needed warmth. While some facilities were okay, like the pools, the restaurant scene within the hotel was nonexistent, surprising given the otherwise decent location. Lastly, the bed setup was on the firm side, which might not suit everyone's taste.

The property is impeccably clean; stylish and neat rooms; comfy bed. Its location is perfect and comfortable, close enough to everywhere-the beach as well as shops, restaurants, and the Ao Nang Landmark night market and a better beach for swimming/relaxing. They have a pool bar. Every time we stay in Ao Nang, like to stay here.

the staff i met were very nice helpful. the twin room was brilliant with comfortable bed. a sofa bed, a work desk, and satellite television were a huge plus.

Family with children should definitely check this place out

The hotel is a clean and quiet place perfect. I loved the rooftop pool with fine views it really made our evenings enjoyable after long days exploring. The kids even had their own room next to us which gave us peace of mind.

A bit on the pricey side but honestly worth it.

The bed were hard

We got a free upgrade and a very large room with a great bathroom and direct access to the small pool. Every day we received a new beach towel and a free drink (water), which made us very happy.

The breakfast buffet should be a bit richer and the mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

Had a great time at Navinda! The staff were super helpful, and the pool access from our room. Just a heads up, the wifi was spotty at times, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our trip.

Position of Hotel

Some staff not able to communicate clearly because of language differences. Unable to change airconditioning temp - seemed to be set the same for every room every day. Had to request every day that it be changed. Light globe in room blew first day and I requested new globe, this was not done by 4th day when I left. Booked a tour and was told by staff member it would return at 2-3pm - tour returned after 5pm. Did not like not having a balcony one could sit on. Did like room facing directly into someone eles room. No space/hooks to hang pool/beach towel. Lack of facilities at hotel i.e. lounge room, dining room, sun room. gym

The pool is good, right in front of the terrace.

great access to food and beach in ao nang

The hotel's location allowed me to stroll to ao nang beach in just a short 15-minute walk, perfect for a laid-back weekend exploring the beauty of krabi.

the temperature of water heater is not maintain on same level, it will be suddenly cool and hot when u shower...

great staff, great room and great location. only one comment is about hot/cold water in my room is really unstable of temperature.

great room with direct pool access

The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, and the direct access to the pool was a amazing feature that transformed my stay. The staff were accommodating, especially during our late checkout. The location offered easy access to the beach and vibrant nightlife.

The breakfast options could be better and offered limited variety.

Room on ground floor has mosquitoes. Had no problems with mosquitoes when we stayed on the third floor though.
